Wonderful to see 15 quiz teams filling the Village Hall for the Friends of St Lawrence Church Quiz and Ploughman’s Supper. Once again a lovely atmosphere and the quiz master didn’t get lynch so the questions must have been OK! The winners this year were a team from Bradfield called “The Windy Millers.” A big thank you to the catering team for supplying a wonderful supper, the marking team for keeping everything under control and the raffle team for organising the draw. The event raised £1,171 which will be put towards two major projects being discussed with the PCC of St Lawrence Church Bradfield.
Thank you all for your support, and for the great clear up job at the end of the evening!
